Prof. Shweta Shah is the Incharge Vice Principal & Faculty of MKLM Adhia College of Law, Mumbai. She holds an LL.M. with specialization in Business Laws and a Ph.D. in Constitutional Law. Additionally she has acquired a Diploma in Cyber Laws, Intellectual Property Rights and Human Rights with over five years of experience in the field of law, Prof. Shweta Shah has a diverse background as both a legal educator and a practicing advocate at the Bombay High Court and other courts (2019–2021).
She has taught at various levels including LL.B., LL.M., Diploma, and pre-law courses. An active researcher, she has over 15 publications in reputed national and international journals, including UGC-approved and UGC CARE-listed journals. Prof. Shah has presented more than 15 research papers at national and international seminars and has been invited to chair sessions organized by government bodies in Mumbai.
Her academic leadership, legal expertise, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of the institution.

I am a Visiting Faculty at MKLM Adhia College of Law. I have completed my BLS-LLB and earned a Master's degree (LLM) in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). In addition to my academic qualifications, I have authored several research papers on diverse topics such as Matrimony, Juvenile Education, Digital Education, and the Misuse of Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. These publications reflect my broad interest in social issues and their intersection with the law, particularly in the areas of family law, technology, and child protection.With my extensive academic background and practical experience.
I specialize in subjects such as Political Science, the Transfer of Property Act, and Family Laws. My work in legal practice and education underscores my commitment to both advancing the field of law and contributing to societal improvement.
I am an Advocate at the Bombay High Court with 7 years of experience in Civil and Criminal law. In addition to my legal practice, I have 6 years of teaching experience in Tort, Criminal, and Civil law. I hold a Master's degree in Tort and Crime, and my work spans both advocacy and legal education, making me well-versed in diverse legal domains.
I am a practicing Advocate in the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Appellate Side, practicing law for more than 26 Years, handling Criminal cases with aplomb. I taught My most favourite subject The Indian Penal Code at Nalanda College of Law, Borivali, where I was associated briefly for a period of 1 year in 2009. For 3 Years beginning from October 2018 continuing upto August 2021 I was appointed as a Law Officer, with the Maharashtra Police and posted at Zone-5, Mumbai.
I am now a faculty at Adhia Law College, and currently teaching the subject of Logic, for the Class of 1 st and 2 nd Year BLS, and Labour Law for LL.B. First Year. The active participation of students during lectures takes out the best in Me. Working as Additional Public prosecutor and Assistant Government Pleader in High Court, Bombay.
Aparna is visiting faculty of Adhia Law College, teaching Labour laws, Contract Act, & practical training.
Aparna has done law from Lucknow university from 1997 to 2002. The idea of setting up her own independent law firm Reliable Legal Partners was conceptualized while she was doing her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Laws & International business from National Academy of Legal Studies and
Research (NALSAR), Hyderabad.
Looking at her past academic qualification, SAARC LAW International Scholarship sponsored by M.K. Nambiar SAARCLAW Charitable Trust, was only granted to her for pursuing LLM in NALSAR, Hyderabad. After having studied LLM, she considered it imperative to gain practical experience in her field and so went ahead and worked under the guidance of Hon'ble Dr. D.Y. Chandrachud J, Bombay High Court (Retd. Chief Justice of India), as a researcher. She also worked under the guidance of Mr D.V Shekhar, DGM, Prosecution Department, Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Bombay. Having worked with corporates like Thomsan & Reuters, Shamrao Vithal Bank to name a few, She is currently appointed as sole arbitrator for Tata Group of Companies.
Her focus areas are Arbitration, Corporate and Commercial litigation and have been empanelled with various Banks and NBFCs
Priya is a visiting faculty member at Adhia Law College, where she teaches the Contract Act, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and Bankruptcy laws. She is a practicing advocate with 10 years of experience, representing clients in the Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, and various other courts and tribunals in Mumbai. Her key areas of expertise include arbitration, corporate litigation, and commercial disputes.
Priya earned her law degree from VPM’s Thane Law College, where she actively participated in moot courts and various competitions. She also holds a Master’s degree in Law(LL.M) and a Postgraduate Diploma in IPR and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) from the University of Mumbai.
I am Adv Pallavi Saklikar, a seasoned academic and legal professional with over two decades of experience spanning both education and industry, currently serving as Visiting Faculty at MKLM Adhia College of Law, JVPD. I bring a dynamic blend of legal acumen and business insight to the classroom. With my strong academic background from prestigious Institutions like PGCL College, Symbiosis, and NMIMS. I add a multidisciplinary perspective crucial to the study of law.
I have contributed to the legal industry through my work in property document diligence at Unisource Legal Solutions and as a Conciliator with SAMA, an online dispute resolution platform. I also bring valuable corporate experience from my early career in corporate sales at Blue Dart Express Ltd. My areas of interest include Property and Contract Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Business and Corporate Law, and Human Resource Management. I am committed to fostering student growth and academic excellence.
I have completed my graduation from patkar varde college, goregaon (west) ,Mumbai & master's from University of Mumbai .Now faculty in adhia college of law deliver lectures on subjects like sociology, English-I, in BA LLB.
